Our Full-Service Planning + Creative Direction service is designed for couples planning a seamless, thoughtfully curated wedding weekend. From venue selection and vendor management to design, logistics, timelines, and weekend execution, we serve as your trusted partner throughout the planning process.
Based on our conversation, we envision an Isleboro wedding weekend that feels warm, welcoming, and wonderfully relaxed in the days leading up to a beautifully formal Saturday celebration.
The experience begins Thursday, as family and friends arrive on the island and settle into the weekend. From pickleball and easy grab-and-go lunches to casual gatherings centered around the golf club, these early moments should feel effortless, giving everyone time to connect, explore the island, and simply enjoy being together. Friday continues that spirit with a welcoming celebration before the weekend shifts into the formality and significance of the wedding day.
On Saturday, approximately 150 guests will gather for the ceremony at the church before being transported to your private property for a fully tented reception, where live jazz, dinner, dancing, and a DJ carry the celebration into the evening.
With multiple locations, transportation, tented environments, vendors, meals, guest movement, and several days of events to coordinate, our role is to hold the full picture. We walk beside you throughout the planning process, keeping the many moving parts organized and connected so that each gathering feels distinct while the weekend itself unfolds as one cohesive experience.
Most importantly, we want you and your family to be able to experience it. Our job is to anticipate what is needed, guide the decisions, manage the details, and be present throughout the weekend so you aren't spending this extraordinary time worrying about what happens next.
Our planning investment is:
12% of your overall wedding investment
Minimum investment: $15,000
Your planning experience includes:
Comprehensive planning and creative direction from start to finish
Budget development, guidance, and ongoing management
Vendor recommendations, sourcing, and management
Contract review and vendor communication
Design concept development and refinement
Tent and site planning in collaboration with production partners
Production schedules and comprehensive weekend timelines
Transportation and guest movement planning between island locations
Guest experience planning throughout the weekend
Coordination of Thursday activities and gatherings included within the final event scope
Coordination of Friday's welcome celebration
Ceremony rehearsal
Full wedding-day coordination, including church ceremony and private-property reception
Coordination of additional wedding-weekend events included within the final scope
Vendor and production oversight throughout the wedding weekend
Regular planning meetings, phone calls, and email communication throughout the planning process
Wedding Weekend Staffing
Because of the scale, multiple locations, and logistical requirements of your Isleboro celebration, the appropriate onsite team will be determined as the weekend plans develop. Onsite staffing and event-day labor are billed separately from the planning investment.
Travel & Accommodations
Travel expenses for our team including accommodations, mileage, and applicable travel costs are billed separately at cost.
