As we move closer to your wedding, our focus sharpens around production. We finalize layouts, confirm logistics across your entire vendor team, and ensure that every moving part has been anticipated and accounted for. Nothing is left to chance.
On the wedding weekend, our team steps fully into leadership.
From the first delivery to the final send-off, we are on-site managing the flow of the day, directing vendors, overseeing setup, and ensuring that every detail is executed exactly as planned. We handle timing, transitions, problem-solving, and communication behind the scenes so that you, your family, and your guests can be fully present.
We are there to hold the entire experience—calmly, confidently, and with a trained eye on both the big picture and the smallest details.

Investment
Our full planning service is structured as a percentage of the overall wedding investment to ensure alignment, flexibility, and the level of attention required for each unique event.
Planning Fee: 12% of the total wedding budget
Minimum Investment: $15,000
Because every wedding is different in scope, scale, and complexity, this model allows us to build and manage your event in a way that is fully tailored, rather than constrained by a fixed scope.

A percentage-based structure ensures that our level of involvement, time, and leadership naturally scales with the complexity of your wedding. As your investment grows, so does the coordination, design development, vendor management, and production required to execute it well.
It also keeps our priorities aligned with yours. Our role is to help you make thoughtful, strategic decisions—not to encourage unnecessary spending, but to ensure that what you do invest in is done well, with the right team and the right approach behind it.
This structure allows us to remain fully engaged at every stage, without limitations, and to deliver a level of service that is consistent with the expectations of a well-executed, high-touch event.
Payment Schedule
To secure your date, a retainer of 30% of the planning fee is due upon signing.
The remaining balance is divided into installments over the course of the planning process:
30% due December 1, 2026
Final 30% due 60 days prior to the wedding
