We work closely with Migis’ on-site team and trusted vendor partners to ensure the weekend unfolds beautifully, intuitively, and without friction.
This service includes full planning and creative direction for the entire wedding weekend, from early visioning through execution, allowing you to be fully present with one another and your guests while we manage the details behind the scenes.
Our work typically includes:
Strategic planning and guidance from booking through wedding weekend
Creative direction and design oversight for all wedding weekend events
Venue transformation planning specific to Migis Lodge (ceremony, reception, and ancillary spaces)
Thoughtful weather contingency planning and tent strategy, when appropriate
Vendor curation and management aligned with your aesthetic, priorities, and budget
Ongoing collaboration through structured check-ins and planning milestones
Detailed production oversight, timelines, and on-site coordination throughout the weekend
We intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each season to provide an exceptional level of attention, care, and customization. Our approach is calm, organized, and design-forward, ensuring your wedding weekend feels beautiful, meaningful and entirely your own.

Investment
Our planning and design services are offered at 12% of the overall wedding budget, with a $15,000 minimum investment.
A non-refundable retainer of 3% of the anticipated total budget is due upon booking, with the remaining balance structured over the planning period.
